Army
A state’s army is an armed force whose primary mission is to protect the state and its citizens from external threats. The army exists to defend the nation, protect vital national interests and fulfill national military responsibilities. In the event of a security danger, the military also assists in peacekeeping operations and provides support to other state institutions.
At the strategic, operational, and tactical levels, the army is split into types, divisions, and services, and it is functionally structured into commands, units, and institutions. When it comes to types, the army is divided into three categories: ground army, air force, and air defense. The army is organized into infantry, armored units, artillery, engineers, and missile units for anti-aircraft operations, aviation, river units, and units for technical operations when it comes to divisions. There are two types of army services: general and logistical.
Personnel, telecommunications, information, aerial surveillance and reporting, atomic-biological-chemical, intelligence, security, geodetic service, meteorological and navigation service, financial, legal, musical, and religious services are all examples of general services. Technical, quartermaster, sanitary, veterinary, traffic, and construction logistics services are also available. The infantry is the most powerful army type. The infantry is trained and prepared to fight on any battlefield and in any weather. In line with the law and judgments of the appropriate institutions, a state’s army can be used in peace, state of emergency, and state of war. The army is used in peacetime to establish and strengthen operational and functional capabilities to deter aggression and avert armed conflicts.
